RESEARCH SUMMARY: (my personal rolls and thoughts about this race)
S'kra are an interesting race Stat wise. Although many people refer to the Kaldar as the 'stronger less smart humans' I find that that particular bill fits the S'kra more accurately (aside from the whole lizard and tail differences) We S'kra tend to be stronger and faster than humans, but less wise and intelligent. In all other respects we are completely average.
SPECIAL NOTE: They are the only race that has higher than 80 for MAX stats, and have an interesting Wisdom. Starting wisdom is average (6-10) yet we receive a penalty when training it (3.5 cost). This actually leads me to believe in a GM Mistake.
